Both apartments have valid tourist licences and have been fitted out with durable, easy‑maintenance materials and furnishings aimed at efficient, trouble‑free letting. With low community fees (approx. 30 €/month for 415 and 52 €/month for 414) and shared electricity and water meters (which can be split at no cost to buyers if sold separately), running costs are kept low.

For investors, the possibility of adding a discreet sleeping alcove in the living room (shown on the illustrative plans) makes it easier to market each apartment with extra sleeping capacity for holiday rentals, while remaining within the current tourist licence and 1‑bedroom registration.
