Apartment 415 offers a perfectly balanced layout for a couple or single person, with the possibility of adding a sleeping alcove in the living room if extra capacity is desired. Like 414, it sits on the top floor with no one above, and enjoys a terrace on each side for morning and evening sun as well as shade in summer.
The 2023 refurbishment covered all the “invisible” essentials as well as the visible finishes. The wiring, main fuse board and cabling to the meter are new; all internal plumbing and valves have been renewed.
