There is also available for sale a separate garage space in the basement of Mijas Paraíso, with pedestrian access via Portal 2. The garage space offers direct access to the building and is ideally located for anyone staying in the apartments or nearby in Mijas Pueblo.
The community has recently refurbished the garage and internal stairwells (completed late 2025).
Additional parking is available in the municipal parking garage next to the town hall (€600 per year rent for a dedicated parking space).
